益生菌的一些临床证据

    总结了一些临床状况，在这些临床状况中，至少有一个设计合理且有效能的临床试验证实口服一种特定的益生菌对于健康或疾病治疗有益或有效。证据的等级因适应症而不同。推荐剂量是临床试验中证实的有效剂量。产品排列的顺序是随机的，不是基于有效性水平。目前，尚无足够的来源于比较性试验的证据可以按疗效对产品进行排列。
